About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role is crucial in providing individualized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met with dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to individuals of all ages and conditions, including those recovering from illness or injury, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the aging process. Services offered include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior professional in home care experience
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Able to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
