About The Position
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants in Ozawkie, Kansas, to help clients remain in their own homes. The role supports clients with light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and friendly companionship. Scheduling is flexible, with part-time and full-time options available. Daily tasks may include preparing meals and cleaning up afterward, bathing and personal care, basic household chores such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, laundry, companionship, and running errands. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have at least six months of related PCA experience; personal or professional experience is accepted.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Be able to pass a drug test.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
- Assist with bathing and personal care.
- Perform basic household chores, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Do laundry.
- Provide companionship.
- Run errands.
