About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a caring and dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client in the comfort of their home. The role focuses on personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines. The caregiver also helps with light housekeeping and meal preparation and offers companionship. This position provides an opportunity to build a one-on-one relationship with a client while being part of a supportive team.

Pay is $18–$20 per hour. A sign-on bonus is offered: $1,000 for full-time employees and $500 for part-time employees.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
