About The Position

Right at Home Salt Lake is hiring caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. Caregivers help clients live safely and comfortably while providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. The posting describes part-time openings on weekdays and weekends in the Salt Lake area.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be able to pass a background check.
Have experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with personal hygiene and mobility.
Prepare healthy meals.
Maintain a safe home environment.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give timely medication reminders.

Benefits

Pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours.
Bonus after 60 days for caregivers working 20 or more hours per week and completing required documents.
Mileage reimbursement between client visits when visits are under one hour apart.
CNA School Program.
