This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage to ensure high-quality care and support at all times. As a PRN Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You'll have the opportunity to provide companionship and support to our residents, helping them feel comfortable and cared for in our community. Your empathetic nature will shine through as you engage with residents and build trusting relationships. With guidance from our experienced team, you'll quickly adapt to our routines and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).

Responsibilities
