About The Position

We're Assisting Hands Home Care — a locally owned agency serving clients across Marietta and Cobb County. We're looking for caregivers who want consistent, recurring hours and a paycheck they can count on. The schedule covers care needs throughout the day and into the night, and we schedule in blocks — mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Daytime is our biggest need right now, but if you have evening or overnight availability, we want to hear from you too. If you want at least 15–20 hours a week, we can put together a schedule that fits. Your clients are older adults or people with disabilities who want to stay in their own homes. You'll help them with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, getting around safely, making meals, keeping the house in order. You'll give medication reminders and keep an eye on how they're doing. Over time, you'll know your clients well. That matters more than most job listings let on.

Requirements

• Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Clear background check

Nice To Haves

• CNA or PCA experience preferred
• Genuine experience in caregiving (if lacking credentials, paid training is offered)

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, and getting around safely.
• Prepare meals for clients.
