Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous care giving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius and surrounding areas
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfort working with both male and female clients
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical, in-home care
• Brighten someone's day with companionship and conversation
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with mobility, errands, and appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions
• Encourage independence while supporting daily routines
