About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Nashville and surrounding areas. Caregivers work one-to-one with clients in their homes, providing personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they help aging adults and build relationships with the clients they serve. Caregivers must comply with state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes.
