About The Position

CountryHouse Residence is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver for the AM Shift with a Rotating 4-On, 2-Off Schedule. At CountryHouse Granite Bay, an Agemark Senior Living community, caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and at home. This role involves building meaningful relationships while providing compassionate care and making each day a little brighter. Requirements

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others
• Availability to work the AM shift on a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
• Support residents with compassion while encouraging independence
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition
• Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized care
• Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times
