Requirements
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- A dependable team player who enjoys helping others
- Availability to work the AM shift on a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
- Support residents with compassion while encouraging independence
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition
- Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day
- Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized care
- Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times
