About The Position

We are seeking three experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in the Santa Ana and Tustin area. Morning and afternoon shifts are currently available. Candidates must have prior experience safely assisting clients with Hoyer lift transfers. This position is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on personal care and are looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Active California Home Care Aide registration
• Current tuberculosis clearance
• Minimum of six months of caregiving experience
• Previous hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift
• Comfortable providing personal care and transfer assistance
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Safely assist clients with Hoyer lift transfers
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
• Follow individualized care plans
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
• Maintain dependable and professional attendance
