About The Position

We believe you should NEVER: Be put on a shift you didn't agree to; Walk into a client situation you are not prepared for or Be assigned to a client that you are not a good match with. We are now hiring caregivers to serve in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties. We'd love to learn about you and what you are looking for in a company. We are seeking dedicated, & compassionate caregivers who are looking to make a difference in their community!

Requirements

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
• Good written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing assistance and peri-care
• Transfers & ambulation
• Meal preparation, special diets
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Light house keeping, home management
• Medication reminders
• Companionship & supervision
• Occasional gardening and pet care
