At A BETTER SOLUTION IN HOME CARE, we recognize our CAREGIVERS are GEMS. We CHERISH them, RESPECT their TIME and provide consistent COMMUNICATION with 24 HOUR SUPPORT. We believe you should NEVER be put on a shift you didn't agree to, walk into a client situation you are not prepared for, or be assigned to a client that you are not a good match with. We are now hiring caregivers to serve in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties. We are seeking dedicated & compassionate caregivers who are looking to make a difference in their community!

Requirements

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
• Good written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing assistance and peri-care
• Transfers & ambulation
• Meal preparation, special diets
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Light house keeping, home management
• Medication reminders
• Companionship & supervision
• Occasional gardening and pet care
