HCA/CNA Caregiver

Requirements
- HCA certification (CNA license preferred)
- Caregiving experience: 6 months full‑time or 12 months part‑time
- Strong communication and a compassionate heart
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Current TB test
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
- Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)
- Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Follow safety protocols in emergencies
- Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness
