About The Position

Fresh Perspective Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals for a part-time caregiver job in Vicksburg, Michigan, to support seniors in remaining safe and independent at home. This role involves providing non-medical in-home care, including companionship, assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments or outings. The agency offers training and support for all levels of experience, from new caregivers to those with experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, DSP, or CNA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to uphold client confidentiality
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
• Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, DSP, or CNA

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors
