Requirements

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Dependability and flexibility to work on an on-call basis as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member.
• Encourage residents' independence while providing the support they need.
• Engage with residents and help create positive, meaningful moments throughout their day.
• Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
