Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be compassionate and patient.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Specialized training and opportunities for personal certifications
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
• CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
