About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in Cartersville. This is an urgent hiring need, and we offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, from personal care and meal preparation to light housekeeping and medication reminders. Maintaining accurate records and communicating with our Care Coordinator are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Clean criminal background check.
Completion of Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
Reliable transportation with insurance.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport/Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
At least 6 months of formal training or experience in the home care field or a related school program is desired.
Required CPR + First Aid certification.
Required TB test or chest X-ray.

Nice To Haves

CNA License is desired.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Offer transportation services for errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
Administer medication reminders.
Assist with toileting and mobility.
Provide companionship and engage seniors in activities like attending senior centers, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
Notify the Care Coordinator of any significant changes or incidents during a shift.
