About The Position

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join their team and enhance seniors' lives. This role involves one-on-one, non-medical services for clients who wish to age in place in their homes, allowing for relationship building with seniors. Immediate openings are available for Live-In and 24-Hour Overnight Caregivers in Pinellas County. The company emphasizes treating employees with dignity, compassion, and respect, recognizing them as vital to the home care industry.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds
Must have an active CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
Must possess excellent communication skills
Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
Must have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check

Nice To Haves

Preferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.

Responsibilities

Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homes
Personal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming and dressing
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping
Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed
Help with medication as required
Transportation for appointments and errands
