Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and errands.
Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisors.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelines.
