About The Position

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers from Davis County to provide essential one-on-one care for seniors and adults with disabilities, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role involves providing companionship, assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and fostering emotional well-being. The position requires commuting to clients' homes in Salt Lake County and offers part-time openings on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for commute to Salt Lake County)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate : $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
