About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide quality homecare in the De Soto, MO area. Our caregivers help people remain independent in their homes safely, comfortably, and with dignity. We are committed to finding innovative solutions to help seniors and individuals with short and long-term disabilities stay in their own homes. Caregiving demands a special combination of heart skills and clinical skills. We recruit only the best and each of our in-home caregivers receives the best training in the home care field. We are holding a hiring event on Tuesday, June 23rd and Wednesday, June 24th from 10 AM to 4 PM at 490 North Main Street, De Soto, Missouri 63020, offering on-the-spot interviews and job offers.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
