About The Position
Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking a friendly and compassionate Caregiver with flexible availability to assist clients within the Inland Empire area. They are hiring caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nurse Assistants (C.N.A.) to join their team. They are looking for individuals with a special quality to care for others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
- Reliable transportation.
- Current TB Test.

- A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, night shifts and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
- Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
- Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
- Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
