Requirements

CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful emotional support
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
Assist with mobility and daily activities
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Help with errands and grocery shopping when needed
Encourage clients’ independence and maintain their dignity
Communicate important changes or concerns with families and the Visiting Angels team
