Requirements
- A warm, patient personality and a genuine passion for connecting with seniors
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation
- Reliable, clear communication and a dependable work ethic
- No medical certification required—we provide full, paid onboarding and training!
Responsibilities
- Brighten days through engaging conversation, shared hobbies, and genuine companionship
- Prepare fresh meals, encourage hydration, and provide gentle medication prompts
- Help with light tidy-up around the home to keep living spaces clean and comfortable
- Assist with incidental transportation, community outings, or safe mobility on walks
