About The Position

Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a dependable, confident, and experienced caregiver to work with an APD consumer in Palmetto, Florida. This role involves providing care for a young gentleman in his mid-20s who may display occasional behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will be patient, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing behaviors professionally and respectfully. Requirements

Dependable, confident, and experienced caregiver.
Experience working with APD consumers preferred.
Experience managing behaviors and de-escalation techniques.
Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature.

Comfortable providing supervision, companionship, and support with daily activities.
