Requirements

  • Willingness to complete all required employment screenings and onboarding
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Access to email and a smartphone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion at all times

  • Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Transportation to appointments and errands
  • Following individualized care plans
  • Helping clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence
  • Communicating professionally with families and team members
  • Other caregiving duties as assigned
  • Aiding with activities of daily living
  • Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
  • Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Providing companionship
