About The Position

Sharp Home Care provides in-home and facility-based support for seniors who need assistance with daily living activities. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing respectful, client-focused care. Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour based on experience, shift type, and assignment details.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, rehabilitation, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to understand and follow written care plans

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and routine daily activities
• Provide companionship and supervision as needed
• Support mobility, meal preparation, and light household tasks
• Follow care instructions and maintain accurate communication with the care team
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients
