About The Position
We're hiring caregivers! Full-time, part-time, or whatever fits your life — we build schedules around real people, not the other way around. Our office is located at 17451 Bastanchury Rd., Suite 100-D, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 – We provide work throughout Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. We're a locally owned agency, not a call center. When you call the office, a person you know picks up. We don't overbook you, we don't send you into a house without telling you what you're walking into, and we don't disappear when something goes sideways on a shift. We've been doing this in North Orange County for years because we take care of the people who take care of our clients. Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family. This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours. Requirements
- At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
- Current TB clearance
Responsibilities
- Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Meal Planning and Preparation

- Ambulation and Transferring Assistance
