About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The company describes its culture as supportive and family-oriented, and offers flexible scheduling with weekday or weekend shifts. This role is available full-time or part-time across multiple locations in Massachusetts. Caregivers support clients with household tasks and daily personal care, provide companionship, offer medication reminders, and document clients’ daily activities and well-being. Training is provided for candidates who do not have an HHA certificate or CNA license.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Nice To Haves

HHA certificate or CNA license; training is provided.
Open availability is strongly preferred.
Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
Provide medication reminders as needed.
Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
