About The Position

AccentCare is hiring in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one support that helps seniors and adults remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. The role is open to experienced caregivers and people whose caregiving experience comes from caring for a family member. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. Pay is $11.60–$15.00 per hour. Full-time float caregivers earn $14.50 or more per hour, plus mileage reimbursement; drivers may earn up to $15.00 per hour. Part-time and PRN caregivers earn $11.60–$15.00 per hour.

Caregivers help clients with personal care and daily living activities, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home. AccentCare offers flexible schedules, paid training, career development, and benefits for eligible employees.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, dependable, and ready to help others.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to perform caregiving duties, including standing, walking, bending, and assisting clients as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• A current driver's license and auto insurance are preferred.
