About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking caring, dependable caregivers in Englewood to support seniors in their homes with personal care, companionship, and everyday activities. The role provides one-on-one client care and follows individualized care plans. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with many current shifts during weekday daytime hours. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with performance incentives and travel reimbursement. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.

Nice To Haves

• Professional caregiving experience is preferred.
• Caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide transportation and assist with shopping and errands.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Communicate professionally with families and office staff.
