About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non-medical, in-home care. We are a family-owned home care agency proudly serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 22 years, with 14 locations dedicated to supporting seniors and adults who wish to remain safe and independent at home. This role serves Worcester and surrounding towns.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred (training provided)
• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support mobility and provide medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
