About The Position

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers from Davis County for part-time weekend openings. The company is dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role involves providing essential one-on-one care, including companionship, assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, and fostering emotional well-being. Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for commute to Salt Lake County)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
