About The Position

The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community in Hastings, Nebraska, is hiring a compassionate and dependable Caregiver for its evening team. The role supports residents’ personal needs, independence, well-being, dignity, and daily enjoyment while building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. The position is part-time and requires evening shifts, every other weekend, and holidays as needed. Training is provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Observe changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities and conversations that make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
