Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassion and empathy.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of medical conditions and treatments is advantageous.
Ability to follow care plans and document client progress is advantageous.
Proficiency in using phone apps is beneficial.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Must pass a background check and drug screen (including THC) in accordance with Nevada Law and company license.

Responsibilities

Assisting with essential activities and personal care.
Engaging with multiple clients throughout the day.
Providing support with errands, transportation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Providing personal care assistance.
Ensuring client comfort, safety, and well-being.
