About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Cheshire, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Homemakers, as well as people starting a caregiving career. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care and daily routines, prepare meals, complete light housekeeping and errands, provide medication reminders, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Shifts are flexible, with 8–12-hour options and immediate start opportunities. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to help seniors remain safe and independent at home.
