Caregiver – Weekend Overnights
About The Position
We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for overnight shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities. These roles are ideal for individuals who prefer a quieter work environment while providing essential support and supervision during overnight hours. Overnight caregiving requires a unique level of trust, independence, and dedication. We are committed to supporting every Caregiver with clear communication, consistent scheduling, and a team that values your role. Not all overnight roles are created equal. As a Caregiver on our team, you’ll have the independence to work in a low-distraction setting while knowing support is always available if needed.
Requirements
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Dependable, attentive, and able to work independently
- Compassionate and patient approach
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and ensuring client safety
- Assisting with nighttime routines and personal care as needed
- Offering reassurance and support during wake periods
- Maintaining a calm, quiet, and safe environment
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in condition
- Supporting a restful and comfortable experience for the client
