About The Position

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for weekend caregivers in our beautiful Scottsdale group home. There are three members that love going out, getting pampered at the salon, and going to church on Sundays. The group home has a pool, basketball court, and beanbag toss that you can also enjoy with the members. You will have support of two other caregivers on your shift. You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Valid Arizona driver's license held for 1 year
