About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a caregiver in West Brookfield, MA who wants to show up for the same person, again and again, and become part of their routine - not just a name on a schedule. The caregiver will be the familiar face their client looks forward to. This might mean helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming; cooking meals and keeping the home comfortable; running errands and giving medication reminders; or simply sitting down for a conversation. The caregiver will also know how to stay calm and act fast if something's not right.
Requirements
- Genuine commitment to a full-time, ongoing schedule
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but not required - we'll train you
Responsibilities
- Helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Cooking meals and keeping the home comfortable
- Running errands and giving medication reminders
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Staying calm and acting fast in emergencies
