About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a committed caregiver in North Brookfield, MA to work a consistent, full-time schedule of at least 40 hours a week with the same client base. This role emphasizes building real routine, real relationships, and real trust over time, differentiating it from typical caregiving positions where caregivers may frequently switch between clients. The caregiver will get to know clients' routines, preferences, and what improves their day. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and providing companionship.
Requirements
- Commitment to a full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to be a steady presence for clients.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification.
- Willingness to be trained if not yet certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Run errands and provide medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and support to clients.
- Build consistent relationships with a dedicated client base.
