About The Position
Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist clients with various daily living activities. This role involves providing companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. We have multiple morning and daytime shifts available throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. Immediate start is possible for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 2 years+ of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable helping BOTH male and female clients
- Experience helping with personal care
- No Restrictions concerning type of care
Responsibilities
- Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV
- Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication Reminders
