Caregiver(PM Shift) - Senior Living Community - Plymouth
About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is hiring a caregiver for its assisted living and memory care community in Plymouth. Caregivers provide residents with personalized, person-centered care and support, helping them with daily needs and contributing to a safe, engaging, and compassionate living environment. Experienced caregivers and newly certified candidates are welcome. Paid onboarding and ongoing support from experienced leadership are provided. The PM shift runs from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; employees on part-time and full-time schedules must be available every other weekend.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
- Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience in assisted living or memory care.
- CNA certification; CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR backgrounds are welcomed.
- CPR/First Aid knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers within the facility.
- Help with medication administration; training is provided.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meals.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the leadership team.
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
