About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a trusted, family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregiver professionals for both full-time and part-time positions. If you're a dedicated Caregiver who values making a difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Caregiver who is passionate about providing high-quality in-home care and building meaningful relationships with clients across Spokane County.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a competency exam, drug screening, and national background check
- Dependable, honest, and caring attitude
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others as a Caregiver
Nice To Haves
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred, but not required—we provide paid training
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide medication reminders and ensure client safety
- Deliver professional and compassionate in-home Caregiver services tailored to each client
