About The Position

At Billet Caregivers, we believe the best care begins at home. We're hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Direct Care Workers, and Companions to provide exceptional in-home support to seniors and veterans throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Whether you have years of professional caregiving experience or have meaningful personal caregiving experience caring for a loved one, we want to hear from you. As a Billet Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and confident at home.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience — professional or personal experience accepted
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current TB test
• CPR, First Aid, or BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
• Available weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
