About The Position

Requirements

• At least two years of professional caregiving or healthcare experience.
• Confident assisting clients with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfers, and ambulation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of home.
• Ability to work with both male and female clients.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Run errands.
• Assist with other daily activities.
• Provide encouragement, respect, and genuine compassion.
