About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Port Trevorton, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort while remaining safely in their own homes. The position offers flexible daytime schedules, including weekend shifts, and reliable part-time or full-time schedules with recurring weekly hours. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Dependable attendance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in personal care, direct care, or family caregiving is preferred.
- CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily personal hygiene.
- Support safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors, including those experiencing memory changes or recovering from health setbacks.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through compassionate and dependable care.
