About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time opportunities throughout Spokane County. If you are passionate about helping seniors and adults maintain their independence at home, we would love to hear from you. Requirements
- Willingness to complete paid training programs
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
- Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for serving others as a professional Caregiver
Nice To Haves
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal planning and meal preparation
- Performing light housekeeping and household organization
- Offering medication reminders
- Supporting safe mobility and daily activities
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes as needed
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families
