Caregivers on our team can expect to earn $12-16 per hour. At Amada Senior Care, we believe caregivers deserve flexibility, appreciation, and support while doing work that matters.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Valid auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
Ability and willingness to drive within a 25-mile radius of your home address
Ability and willingness to work with both male and female patients
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

Responsibilities

Providing in-home companionship to elderly clients
Providing personal hygiene assistance by helping with basic needs such as showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
Reminding clients to take prescribed medications
Assisting with mobility around the home and outside the home, including doctor’s appointments and walks
Planning and preparing meals
Completing client shopping or accompanying clients while they shop
Performing basic housekeeping duties
Reporting unusual incidents and responding quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
Offering activities and assistance that support essential daily living
