About The Position

We are a small in-home care company seeking in-home companions and CNAs to work with our senior-aged clients primarily in the Greater Asheville | Hendersonville areas. We work in private residences, no facility work, providing companionship, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, light personal care assistance and errands. Most positions are lite duty which include meal prep, laundry, errands, companionship and lite personal care. We can take someone on a job part-time and if it's a good fit for the caregiver or the client can make adjustments and increase the time as we go. Flexible day and night shifts available for full and part time hours. Most work is considered light duty no heavy lifting required in a private home setting.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
• Dependable transportation
• Dependability is a must
• CNA level skills
• Gait belt transfer experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred, but not necessary, we are willing to train
• No heavy lifting
